www.mimospillow.co.za (“the site”) enables buyers to shop for the original hand-made Mimos pillow . Please note that the price of the Mimos pillow currently includes the selected size of the Mimos pillow(please refer to the size guide to help in choosing the correct Mimos pillow for the most effective results), a free Mimos pillow cover and free delivery anywhere within South Africa.

Legally binding contract
All users and buyers (anyone that buys from www.mimospillow.co.za) are bound by these terms and conditions. By using this site you recognise that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

Product descriptions
All our products are hand-made at Mimos Pillow, Head Quarters in Spain. Each Pillow undergoes an inspection before being shipped around the world. Each Mimos pillow comes with a unique LOTE number.

Buying products
The site allows you, the user, to place electronic orders (“order”) for one or more products on offer as long as the specific products are available. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Site. You will be offered the opportunity to review your proposed order and confirm or correct it prior to finally placing your order. Products on Mimos Pillow South Africa cannot be reserved to be bought at a later stage however we do offer a wishlist option, and placing an item in your basket without completing the order does not amount to a sale or an order. Mimos Pillow South Africa cannot be held responsible if an order has become unavailable by the time you try to complete a purchase at a later stage.

A purchasing contract (“sale”) between you and Mimos Pillow South Africa only comes into effect once you have fully completed and submitted the online order form for one or more products in your basket (“shopping cart”) and when your payment has been received. Delivery fees
Mimos Pillow South Africa offers free of charge delivery anywhere within South Africa.

Note you have 24 hours to pay once you’ve placed an order. As soon as your payment is received, your order will be processed. All orders that are not paid within 24 hours will automatically be cancelled.

Delivery and pick-up
The parcel will be dispatched within a day after receiving the payment (weekdays only). If you placed an order and made payment on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the parcel can only be picked up on the Monday after the weekend. The Courier will deliver to the buyers door from Mimos Pillow South Africa within 2-3 working days after pick up. As the buyer you indicate where in South Africa you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with your delivery. 

An address needs to be provided where there will be someone to receive the parcel during working hours. Courier deliveries are made to street addresses and not PO Box addresses. Deliveries do not occur over weekends and public holidays. We will supply you with tracking details and it is the your responsibility to please track the parcel once it has left the Mimos Pillow South Africa premises.

Return Policy
At Mimos Pillow South Africa our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (including the plastic wrapping that the pillow and covers come in). To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Couriering a return item
To return your item, you should mail your item to: 6 Biskop Place, Randpark Ridge Ext 53, Gauteng , South Africa. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return couriering will be deducted from your refund. If you are couriering an item, you should consider using a trackable courier service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment

Manufacturing defect in the Mimos Pillow
Each Mimos Pillow is carefully hand-made and inspected before being shipped to South Africa. However, in the unlikely event that your Mimos Pillow has a manufacturing defect, please return it to the following address: 6 Biskop Place, Randpark Ridge Ext 53 and send an email to info@mimospillow.co.za detailing the defect and all other relevant information. In cases of a manufacturing defect, the Mimos pillow will need to be returned to Mimos Pillow headquarters which is situated in Spain. Only once they have done a thorough investigation will you possibly be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@mimospillow.co.za. Please note that an exchange will only occur in the event that your is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please send your item to: 6 Biskop Place, Randpark Ridge Ext 53, Gauteng, South Africa. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary
